Inaccurate ETA, almost never available in 30min time period, most of the time what you scheduled either comes early and lives without waiting or when you expect it to come comes late. You request for 11:00-11:30 , scheduled before 11 or after 11:30 . Since I started using this I struggle with their service. Says at 8pm but nothing available after 7pm . . Right now I was expecting to get a bus at 11:53 and when I get to the bus stop wait time changed 12 minutes more. I cancelled it at nothing was available within next 40 minutes. Okay i got lyft lost my money, can’t use this monthly pass I have I guess. I thought lets try from where I am going to next destination. I put 12:45 getting 12:05- 12:35 .  Tried to put 1pm now I get only 1:39 pm.  Unpredictable and unreliable. much After my monthly pass expires i won’t even try to bother to get another one with this bad service

Location of the bus doesn’t update, time until arrival constantly increases or at the least fluctuates, several minutes past supposed arrival time. This system needs serious work, if it’s even still functional.

I enjoyed my ride. I am a trans professional myself and being that this is my first time in Key West. My next time I know that I would choose transit on the Key West transit on the move. Felix, my driver was the best. I didn’t understand how to pay cause I didn’t have cash. She showed me how to upload the app and pay. He was the best.

The Key West Rides system worked very well for me when I had to drop off my car at Quality Auto on Stock Island and pick it up the next day. Both drivers were friendly and careful drivers. A great service at $2.00/ride, a taxi or Uber probably would’ve cost $20.00. If you have a local ID and are 60 or over, it’s free!

Una muy buena aplicación para la gente que vive en Key West. Trabaja desde las 5:45 Am hasta las 8:00 PM. Los buses son muy Limpios y con pocos pasajeros. A veces ponen música y también tienen aire acondicionado. También Lift para personas con sillas de rueda o vehículos para personas con discapacidad. A veces la aplicación no trabaja bien. De la escala del uno al dies 1-10 le doy un 7...

What a phenomenal idea. Key west is clearly leading the way in smart/useful public transit. This app is essential an uber/lyft for public busses. The app is easy to use displays real time information on where to go to meet your bus and time estimates for its arrival. A must have app for your time in the Conch Republic!
