I do think the main guy has 2nd job, though he has a large team that gives me API or code advice when the CEO isn't around. The fact this is still running strong since 2020, they must be doing something right — keep it up! ### 1/5 — Constant Downtime *2025-04-14* For the couple of weeks, there has been constant downtime. First they claimed it was a cloudflare subprocessor issue, then there was another large downtime and they claimed it was due to a client of theirs getting “targeted”. Now this is the 3rd outage within 2 weeks and they closed all chats. No explanation, no reassurance. They just told us to monitor the news channel and KeyAuth status. I have been using keyauth for a long time but now everything has just gone downhill. I am very disappointed in what KeyAuth has to offer nowadays. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being a longtime KeyAuth user. First, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during the period of downtime earlier this year. To clarify, during those outages in April, there were indeed several disruptions largely related to Cloudflare issues and other factors outside our immediate control. We communicated updates through our public Telegram channel, updated the homepage of our website, and even provided information directly in API responses to keep everyone as informed as possible. Additionally, our status page was available for real-time updates, and we handled support tickets as quickly as we could during that challenging period. I understand that communication can always be improved, especially during stressful times, and I apologize if it felt insufficient. Our goal was always to be transparent and responsive, but I recognize that the experience was not up to the standard you expect or deserve. Since then, we’ve taken further steps to increase our reliability and improve communication for all users.
