## What is Keygel?

Keygel is a guided Kegel program for your pelvic floor: a few minutes a day, discreet, private, no equipment.

YOUR 28-DAY PLAN
Follow a short guided session each day. Your iPhone vibrates to tell you when to squeeze and when to relax, so you can train anywhere, even with your phone in your pocket. Holds get longer week after week, from 3 to 10 seconds.

7 EXERCISES, ANIMATED IN 3D
• Long holds and quick squeezes
• Reverse Kegel, to learn to fully relax
• Elevator, for fine control
• Bridge + Kegel and Squat + Kegel, to bring your training into everyday movement
Every exercise comes with a 3D demo and clear steps. A 3D view shows exactly where your Kegel muscles are.

SETS, REPS AND PROGRESS
Sets and reps with a live counter, a daily streak, your 28-day path and a weekly overview. Choose short, standard or long sessions.

DISCREET AND PRIVATE
• Reminders never mention what the app is for
• No account, no ads, no tracking
• Your data stays on your iPhone

WELLNESS, NOT MEDICINE
Keygel is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a health professional if you feel pain, are pregnant, recently gave birth or had surgery.

KEYGEL PREMIUM
The first 3 days are free. Premium unlocks the full 28-day plan and the maintenance plan, with a yearly subscription or a monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
