## What is Keyhand?

Keyhand is the punch list app that works with no signal. Walk the home, photograph each defect, add a few words, pick the room, and hand over a clean, branded PDF report before you leave the site.

No account. No server. No sign-up. Everything stays on your iPhone or iPad, so it works in basements, new builds and anywhere the Wi-Fi hasn't been installed yet.

NEW IN THIS VERSION
• On-device AI suggests the title, trade and severity from your photo (Pro)
• One PDF per trade or contractor, shared in one go (Pro)
• Before and after photos side by side in the report
• Date and time stamp on every report photo
• Reminders for due dates and a weekly summary of open items

BUILT FOR THE WALKTHROUGH
• Batch camera: shoot item after item without leaving the camera
• Mark up photos with arrows, circles and freehand
• Phrase library with ready-made wording for common defects
• Voice dictation when your hands are full
• Severity, trade and status on every punch list item
• Organize by building, floor, unit and room; the last location is remembered

FLOOR PLANS
• Import PDF and DXF drawings
• Pin every item to its exact spot on the plan
• Measure distances and calibrate scale
• Toggle layers and search text on the drawing
• Numbered plan pages go straight into the report

REPORTS CLIENTS TRUST
• Branded PDF with your logo and company details
• Summary by room, with photos, severity and trade
• Sign on screen and add your signature to the report
• CSV export for spreadsheets and subcontractors

STAY ON TOP OF EVERY JOB
• Open items across every project in one list
• Schedule walkthroughs with reminders and your iPhone Calendar
• Re-inspect a project and track what has been fixed and verified
• Back up all your data to the Files app

For home inspectors, contractors, builders and homeowners doing a final walkthrough.
