Since launching our first KeyHealth application in November 2013, we have enhanced the application considerably in order to improve our members’ experience. You and your dependants will each have your own online profile to access your own app. Access your electronic membership card, including children’s Easy-ER cards as well as emailing electronic membership cards to healthcare service providers and chat with us online and submit documents or claims. Based on your current location you can also find the nearest hospital emergency rooms or search for the hospital emergency rooms in a specific area and navigate your way to the emergency room. You can also request your travel letter instantly, register on the KeyHealth Smart Baby programme as well as register your newborn baby with a touch of a button. As the principal member, you will also be able to update your information, view documents such as your latest statement, tax certificate and general correspondence, and view messages sent to you via push notification. I’m trying to get into the App but have forgotten my password. It was supposed to send me a temporary password but it didn’t come. I’m now stuck on the reset page with no navigation to return to the main menu to ask for the temporary password to be sent!!!!! ### 3/5 — Needs more work *2024-10-18, version 5.8.1* App still needs work! Example the app gets stuck when you are in claims! But there’s nowhere to Login. Only place to register, which is useless if you’ve already registered an online profile via a browser. It won’t let you register again, so there’s no way to get into the app. Epic fail. ### 3/5 — Update bug *2020-06-22, version 4.0.3* Since last update it doesn’t show the ER or DSP hospitals anymore. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in on new app *2020-04-16, version 4.0.3* There seems to be no log in option on the app. Just a confirmation for new registrations which when you press says “ A user with the same name exists” ### 1/5 — App doesn’t allow login *2020-04-15, version 4.0.3* The new app doesn’t accept my old password and doesn’t allow me to change it!!! Unable to login at all ### 1/5 — Latest version doesn’t work *2020-03-25, version 4.0.3* The latest version does not accept my old password, sends a temporary password to my email address & not via SMS as indicated. Then the app crashes when I try to update my password. The error message is The call “setPassword” in target “miUser” is secured - unable to execute.
