This App is impossible to use. I’m trying to get into the App but have forgotten my password. It was supposed to send me a temporary password but it didn’t come. I’m now stuck on the reset page with no navigation to return to the main menu to ask for the temporary password to be sent!!!!!

This app is not the latest version - on the image you see more blue options / line items that do not display on the app once downloaded

Home screen says “Register or Login”. But there’s nowhere to Login. Only place to register, which is useless if you’ve already registered an online profile via a browser. It won’t let you register again, so there’s no way to get into the app. Epic fail.

The latest version does not accept my old password, sends a temporary password to my email address & not via SMS as indicated. Then the app crashes when I try to update my password. The error message is The call “setPassword” in target “miUser” is secured - unable to execute. Kindly fix the app.

This app is very simple and easy for quick access to membership details. And also a very intuitive quick call feature to Netcare 911 for emergency situations.
