It often fails to connect with the device it’s meant to authenticate and freezes randomly, forcing me to delete and reinstall, as I’m doing now. Further, I once had an online meeting with the help team, who neglected to mute their mic before calling me an idiot and laughing at me. Have heard similar feedback from other users. It’s really frustrating when trying to log in for course information or join lectures.
