解錠するのに利用するとよく落ちます。解錠できないと家に入れないので意味ないです。

アプリDL後にiPhone と鍵とのブルーツゥースのペアリングに少し苦労しました。電池式のドアに設置の錠前ですが、アプリ上の説明がでは5秒長押しで鍵IDとペアリングする、と表示されるがタイムアウトエラーを連発し、リーダーが認識できないと言われるので、リーダーとは錠前側のリーダーの事を言って居る様にしか感じない。実際は、Raccessキーそのものとのペアリング、と理解するのにメチャクチャ時間が掛かりました。

　反応しない、と投稿している方がいらっしゃっいましたが、その通りで、Raccessキーとのペアリング、と分かる様なイラストや、表示をすべきだと思います。

利用者スマホへ管理者スマホから鍵IDが渡せず、設定すらできない。
つまり複数のスマホでは開錠できない。
複数スマホで開錠できるという情報は事実ではない。
景表法に触れるのではないのだろうか。
miwaロックという最大手ブランドにまんまと騙されたかもしれない。

電池式を使用しており、アプリの説明通りやるがまず管理者登録出来ない。そもそも3回目（ボタンを押して5秒後）のピーという音が鳴らない。取説もダウンロードして読んだが手順は問題ないと思われる。近づけたり遠ざけたり表からやったり裏からやったり、スマホを再起動したりBluetoothのオンオフをしたりと、様々試したが改善しなかった。アプリの提供が一時期止まっていたので数ヶ月待ってようやく新しいものに変わって、使えると思っただけに残念だ。ホームページから問い合わせするも5日経つがまだ連絡はない。

内扉にキーをかざしても鍵IDの取得が始まらず、使用できなかったが、外扉のリーダーにかざしたら反応した。マニュアルが不親切。

アプリのパスワードロックは生体認証とリンクしてほしい。
鍵の色が決められてしまっているので変更可能としてほしい。
鍵の備考欄を編集可能にしてほしい。
鍵登録後に実際に解錠する際、毎回ペアリングを確認されるので記憶してほしい。
