First, attach a smart RFID fobs to each set of keys. The chip inside runs without a battery using the same contactless technology as debit cards. We automatically mark the keys out in your name and will send you a reminder to return them if you forget. This is way more effective than using pegs, as you’ll always know who’s got each key. Then when we reported this, they deny it and give us a generic "...our process is strictly managed. Keys are only ever released with a valid collection code, verified through our Customer Support team over the phone." No offer of refund. We've cancelled the service.
