I used to have a KeyNest phone in my store but when I found out I could have all my staff do it from their personal phones I decided to transfer to that. No more hassle, more efficiency and more time for us to deal with the footfall in store! Nothing happens no pop up to login with your Apple details. ### 1/5 — LOST KEYS. Avoid *2025-03-26, version 4.7* They lost our keys and when we went to the keynest point to enquire about it they allowed us to root through ALL keys they hold.... Then when we reported this, they deny it and give us a generic "...our process is strictly managed. Keys are only ever released with a valid collection code, verified through our Customer Support team over the phone." No offer of refund. We've cancelled the service. Avoid. ### 1/5 — signs me out 24/7 *2024-04-10* annoying that i just get signed out durring critical moments and it leaves me in a crunch ### 1/5 — A lot of bugs, not convenient at all *2023-08-15, version 3.8* I took a yearly plan subscription with keynest as my owner corporation asked me to find a safe key exchange for my short term accommodation and keynest is the only provider at the moment. I pay AUD480 a year. It’s a lot! But the keynest point keeps calling me because their app keeps sending error messages, it has a lot of bugs! A few days ago, they just stopped entering the codes and scanning the fobs as they waste a lot of time with the keynest app and most of the time is not working. I was happy to pay to propose a safe key exchange, but now I just pay for nothing!! ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-05-16, version 3.7* App is awful, spent hours trying to log in through air bnb but doesn’t allow as co-host. Keynest shop also awful but that’s not the apps fault. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2022-05-29, version 3.2* I never give reviews because I’m too lazy but for this I am going out of my way. The app takes 20 minutes to load and doesn’t even let you log in. Its so buggy and its even slower than their garbage website versions. Keynest needs both a new app and web designer. ### 2/5 — Good concept -Poor execution *2024-06-17, version 4.3* Love the concept of KeyNest but it has some work to do to get it right. Even after the latest update which claims to have foxed the issue to log in with Airbnb - it still doesn’t work. Keep getting errors unable to register user. Local KeyNest store has the wrong Timezone associated with it so (we’re in Melbourne and Timezone set is 10 hours behind) trying to set up restricted time codes is confusing for both me and the guest. Subscription is $527 per year - so expensive for something that isn’t working seamlessly. ### 3/5 — Can’t login *2024-05-01, version 4.1* Haven’t been able to login for awhile. I highly recommend them as they have a 24 hour customer support that I could call anytime if there seem to have any problems with key handing procedures.
