KeyPeo APP is a complete mobile management platform that minimizes management labor in the renting process. There are separate accounts for management and tenants, allowing each party to communicated remotely on mobile app basis. For management account,  1. Property management. KeyPeo enables property upload and manage, by unit and by rooms, each can customize rental period, rental fee and utility calculation rules. 2. Customized contract. Manager able to customize terms and conditions of lease agreement for each unit and rooms. 3. Remote control of room access. KeyPeo smart lock is able to be remotely controlled by Wi-Fi connection. Manager able to remotely add, renew, or delete tenant details for certain lock access. Manager also able to create temporary password for remote viewing for prospective tenants, as well as assign role specific accessibility to housekeepers and technicians.  Access history is available at management end. 4. Smart access management is available. if tenant bill is not paid for a specific timing, reminder sent to tenant by KeyPeo message and SMS, up to certain timing accessibility denied until outstanding is cleared. 5.
