It’s so lame that you have to search for a neighborhood. Why? Why can’t I just add the address of each the properties in my portfolio? Worthless

Absolutely useless app. Will not let you add a property without submitting copies of official property documents. Too Intrusive!!

I tried adding my property address and the app didn’t recognize the neighborhood, the city or state. I tried all 3. I will continue to look around.

Told my landlord about this app and now I pay my rent monthly! I also get cashback from my bank because i pay the rent with my credit card 🤫 absolute steal and I'm here for it ☺️
