It’s nice I can also add additional objects as needed. I was having a good time designing and decorating my house then I realized I couldn’t make an up stairs after everything I just did. pls read this review and update the app so there will be an option for at least a second floor. Primeiro, crie um ambiente usando a ferramenta de paredes. Depois de concluído, você pode ocultar as paredes tocando nelas e selecionando a opção “ocultar”. Em seguida, você poderá criar qualquer tipo de superfície utilizando a ferramenta “pintura” no modo 3D para aplicar a textura que desejar. ### 3/5 — Missing! *2025-12-08, version 1.9.5* It’s still a great product, but… Horizontal siding…I’m guessing here, but I’ll bet over half the homes in the US have horizontal siding somewhere, yet there’s none in any package. Fences that begin at ground level and have matching gates. You’ve added wrought iron fences, but there are no gates that match. Microwaves, or cabinets that can hold them that aren’t located in upper cabinets. The ability to group items like dining chairs or sections of cabinetry. Comprei um pacote “FORA” com o iPad4 ( iOS 14), que funcionou no iPad2 (IOS 12), mas não funcionou no iPhone 8Plus (iOS 16) mesmo sendo da mesma conta Apple. Não é possível alterar a altura de paredes individualmente. Não é possível exportar a visão 3D. Para isso a solução atual seria um print screen! Não é possível criar cômodo dentro de outro! Criar uma “caixa” para elevador de carga, uma caixa de proteção para poço artesiano, uma ilha no centro da casa para jardim, uma proteção para escada de marinheiro ou inclinada de acesso sóton/garagem/caixa d’água, etc. Não é possível fazer pavimentação externa, mesmo com o pacote “FORA”, apenas áreas fechadas com paredes! 😡 Não existe “Muro” para determinar as limites do terreno, apenas “barreira” que não resolve. SUGESTÕES: PACOTE Elétrico, hidráulico. Com quadro de disjuntores, comandos, sinalizações, etc. Com caixa d’água, bombas d’água, filtro de piscina, pressurizados, etc. PACOTE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES Com objetos para T.I. como rack, servidores, switch, pathpanel, etc. Possibilidade de inserir objetos ( por exemplo de um item não catalogado ou bem específico como uma escultura artesanal ou móvel personalizado, equipamento ou DIY, etc. Praticamente um novo “VISIO” da Microsoft 😀👍🏻 ### 3/5 — 3D Features look good *2025-04-04, version 1.9.2* I have been trying out this app, so far so good, takes a little getting used to, finding the editable function without instructions, though once in the swing its pretty smooth… I think it will be worth the purchase… This may be somewhat true however you are also missing many many appeletes that are common place in our US market, as a renovartor trying to use your app, my clients get confused as I am having to make adjustments where I should be able to select common features, would then make the app far more appealing and useful. Considering to change is on my mind… ### 4/5 — I would give 5 stars if *2025-03-01, version 1.9.2* I would give five stars if the walls allowed you to edit the size by inputting them with numbers when dragging your finger just isn’t accurate enough. It wastes so much time when trying to get the wall accurate to the inch and it keeps jumping up or down. Other than that, I really like this app. I use this app for rearranging furniture in my house to see how it fits and looks before doing the back breaking work only to decide I don’t like it. Everything is drag and drop and sizes can be adjusted with the “Edit” option. The bad: The number of objects to select from are very limited. You can buy more templates with more options for a relatively low cost. I tried to find an electrical template, but had no success. There is zero technical support for this app. When you try to access FAQ’s or their website, you are taken to a completely different website that has nothing to do with Keyplan 3D. Their is also very limited information online to help you with any of your questions. I want to give this app a higher rating, but without any technical support or a functioning website, I will have to leave it at a 3. If you just want the basics, it’s a good app for only $5.99. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lost my project *2026-07-13, version 1.9.8* Would have gotten 5 stars but I’m unable to retrieve multiple projects from a previous iPad I used. Fine so I start over and mid way through, I lost multiple elements. Keeps telling my elements are missing and when I log in, the elements are still missing, super annoying. ### 1/5 — Used to love it *2026-06-25, version 1.9.8* I used to love it . Had to repurchase as it was accidentally deleted no problem but when purchasing the packs I am only getting 1/2 of them. They say purchased but when go to open a plan it tells me some packs aren’t there n to go to store. Why? Had the nature pack used it once n it’s gone don’t know where or why very dissatisfied! ### 1/5 — Started Off Great *2026-05-07, version 1.9.8* App started off great; however, after paying for everything, every item that I purchased is gone. App will not allow me to restore my purchases. Also downloaded the Lite version and that one is running and keep asking me to buy add-ons that I have already payed for! Please help me recover my projects and add-ons! ### 1/5 — Leider nicht frei genug *2025-09-28* Leider kann man die Ansicht nicht so wählen, dass man zum Beispiel direkt vor einer Wand steht. Man sieht sie immer nur von schräg oben. Dann gibt es mir zu wenig Möglichkeiten, Objekte selber zu gestalten. Es sind es zu viel vorgegeben. Ich kann zum Beispiel nicht ein einfacher Holzbrett an die Wand setzen. Einzelnes Regalbrett (z.B. Schweberegal unauffindbar). Würde ich bei einer kostenlosen Version eines Programmes in Kauf nehmen, aber nicht, wenn mein Geld dafür bezahlt. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-01-21, version 1.8.9* This app is not intuitive and is difficult to learn. Furniture snaps into place so cannot be custom placed. Much of the furniture I wanted isn’t an option in the gallery. Example— there’s not a basic L shaped sectional. Searching for anything like console, buffet, etc. provides zero results. Changing color and pattern is challenging. I couldn’t consistently do it and wasn’t able to add wood flooring. I want a refund. What a waste of time. ### 1/5 — A scam with no Dev support *2024-12-21, version 1.8.8* I purchased this app a couple of years ago and I purchased the expansion packs. I’m a project manager for a construction company and was looking for options to the software we had. I ended up deleting app and re-downloading it recently to find that all of my expansion packs were removed and I had to re-purchase all of them. If that wasn’t bad enough, there had been a little to no updates in two years the devs have given up on this one. Ele é simples objetivo e se você fizer as compras dos pacotes ele acrescenta muito e dá pra ter uma boa noção de como será o projeto. Ele é o melhor do mercado em questão de dimensional, tamanho de objetos e para ter noção de espaço. One thing i couldn't find on all the apps i tried and nether this one has this - I'm talking about land, not every land is perfect, there is land where you have steep hill and different angels of land and a way to scan the land with the camera like going into each corner of the land property take a picture and let the camera have level and dots measurements of different angels, i think its possible to use the camera to scan the land or to approximately shape the land in the app. Also to be able to build the second floor and pick roofs and this app will be #1 on the app store, while i found apps that have the ability to build second floors not one gives you the option to shape the landscape which i think is waaaaaay more needed. ### 5/5 — App *2025-10-01* Uso a anos. Recomendo. ### 5/5 — Great value for the cost *2025-08-17, version 1.9.3* I just got an iPad today and this app was recommended by a friend of mine who is a designer. So far I love the functionality and was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly. I have used apps in the past that allowed you to do multiple floors to your plan and from what I’ve seen, this app does not. That is a bit disappointing but I am very happy with what I am able to do. ### 5/5 — EDIT! *2025-08-01, version 1.9.3* What is the dimensions of the graph paper i’m designing on a customizable option where i can cycle between measurements would also be cool. Like meters Ft or inches. Okay besides adding XYZ axis interface and precision locking objects perfectly square with the blueprints shortcut commands like command A,C,V,X, would increase workflow enourmously it would be ctrl for windows. Also importing custom CAD models and exporting this. as CAD would also be an improvement. Seeing this app on other operating systems would be magnifique. ### 5/5 — Simple and Versatile *2025-07-28, version 1.9.3* I honestly love this app. I’ve tried so many interior design and planning apps and I keep coming back to this app after 6 years and 3 moves. The interface is really user friendly and I find this app the easiest to use since I don’t have to spend ages finding a specific brand of furniture. This app is also affordable! No subscription and no ads! The furniture models are much more limited compared to other apps, but I’ve managed to get really creative with changing textures and sizes. I wish I could group items together and save them as a custom object. I would also like the ability to rotate textures (especially floor boards) and edit items to be metallic or glass. The 3D renders are also quite simple, but I find it charming and it helps me focus on the layout and shapes rather than getting the furniture exactly accurate. I do wish I could export the 3d model file to be read by Android or PC users.
