The Face ID feature not only never works, but actually locks me out of my account on the regular. Also, this credit union isn’t affiliated with zelle or anything, so it’s not easy to do transfers with other banks. Even the verification for adding external transfer accounts takes days. Aesthetically, it looks like it was created in the early 2000s.
