We booked 40 min in advance and when it was time for our ride to arrive it still said “searching for a vehicle near you”. ### 1/5 — Don't trust dispatch *2021-06-07, version 4.5.2* When you book, dispatch calls you with an expected timeline. Don't trust it. They told me 30 minutes, and it's now been 90 and the driver still hasn't arrived.
