This app is a joke. Every time i sign on it’s frustrating and miserable, and its not just the app thats bad, the in person service at the banks are bad too, the staff has attitude. Do bother with this bank or their app, save yourself the frustration. ### 1/5 — Connectivity Issues *2021-09-27, version 6.0.1* For months this app will not let me log in and says “We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.” It used to be a great app. ### 1/5 — Piece of crap *2021-09-02, version 6.0.1* Wow they gave up a perfectly good app and developed this garbage. Every third time it freezes and gives you an error message. It says to call a number but I have learned just close it out and restart it. Once you successfully log in, it becomes a guessing game as to what is going on with your account. The mobile deposit option is great, it saves on postage because I'm a Wisconsin cheese head living in Michigan, and I don't have to mail deposits in anymore! It's user friendly and when I need need help I always get a friendly voice.
