I don’t use my app often, but it seems like the times I do it is always glitchy. This week I signed in and I can no longer send invoices from the app for current customers.

Upon receiving Face ID verification, the app is stuck on the login screen permanently with the message "unlocking"
Cannot use my Pin or password. It's just STUCK!!

App is fast, intuitive, offers great options and utility. A superior banking app imo, and I see a lot.

Plus, the real people there (meaning, not bots) are friendly and efficient. 

They offer everything those megabanks do but better. My money stays in my community -- not some executive’s golden parachute. ✊
