The KPPM Connection Homeowner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place. If you already have a login to your association website, you can log in to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app. If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can log in with your email address and new password. Once logged in, Homeowners will have direct access to the following features: a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned b. Homeowner Dashboard c. Access association documents d. Access association directories e. Access association photos f. Access Contact Us Page g. Pay Assessments h. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation i. Submit ACC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device) j. Access homeowner ledger k. Why have an app if it is only going to encourage board members to switch management companies?? ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-15, version 10.0* I've tried several times to login and and error message always pops up. I even reset my password and still no luck. ### 1/5 — High fees and apple pay does not work *2026-04-04, version 10.0* This app’s payment fee structure makes no sense. It is actually cheaper to pay with a card than to pay directly from a checking account, which is absurd. Charging users a fee for ACH/checking payments is unreasonable when virtually every other payment platform offers this option for free. Apple Pay is supposed to be a lower-fee alternative, but the feature does not work at all. I’ve tried multiple times using iOS 26.4 through Safari, Google web apps, and the Keystone app itself, and consistently receive errors or an “Apple Pay unavailable through your web browser” message. As a result, I’m forced to pay higher fees because: 1. The company passes payment fees on to users, and 2. The lower-cost payment options are not functioning properly. Please fix the Apple Pay integration and reconsider charging fees for basic bank payments. Once you create your account and set your password it still does not let you log in. This issue has been reported for over a year yet this company has still done nothing to fix it.
