Etherscan shows correct balance and even the app shows the receipt of tokens. For some reason the balance doesn’t reflect it. This seems like basic functionality for this type of app. ### 2/5 — It’s ok….can’t bind to 15 Pro Max though. *2023-09-24* So this has worked somewhat ok for the last two years I’ve had the wallet, but now as soon as I agree to privacy and terms and hit ok to bind to my 15 Pro Max on the latest iOS version, the app just crashes and closes. Guess they couldn’t be bothered to make sure it would work with new phones. And I believe I still cannot move XYO out due to issues with “not enough gas.” I opened a ticket like over a year ago on this issue and they told me to just use MetaMask instead but I don’t want to use MetaMask. I should be able to move any token that’s supported, out of my Keystone Pro using the Keystone app. FIX THESE ISSUES and we’ll talk about a better rating. The updates are few and far between, which is an issue in itself when 3/4 of the other apps on my phone are updated weekly. You have full time developers, they should be finding and fixing bugs constantly. ### 2/5 — Crash *2023-09-23* Crash on iOS 17 and iPhone 15 ### 2/5 — Misleading Privacy Badge *2023-06-04* Their privacy badge says that they don’t collect any data. Please fix! ### 2/5 — One major issue… *2022-09-16, version 1.1.2* The app’s usability is fine, no question there, but the fact that I’ve wasted hundreds in ETH trying to move XYO out of my wallet and failing because I run out of gas every time is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! I still haven’t been told by the developers it’s been fixed and I’m not testing it and losing even more ETH, so they’re going to get a 2 star review until I hear the issue is fixed. I was informed the app doesn’t gauge the required gas fees when attempting to trade out ERC-20 tokens, but I’ve added extra and it still never works. FIX this issue! If I’d have known it was going to be like this, I’d have purchased and entirely different hardware wallet. ### 3/5 — Needs a dark mode. *2022-05-31* Ow, my eyes! Add a dark mode, please, devs? If you want to find balance you have to install other wallets. Well done Keystone…. NOT… ### 1/5 — No connection to the actual hardware wallet with newest hardware wallet version of firmware *2024-12-01* As stated you can no longer bind to the app due to the keystone device itself with the newest firmware does not show a software wallet connection option for this wallet app. Very big issue due to the app is suppose to notify you when there is a firmware update for the physical hardware device due to the physical hardware device it binds to has no internet connection. Failure to fix this ASAP will show the world how committed this company is to their users. I recommend anyone to NOT purchase a keystone device or download this app till they fix this. If they are like any crappy company that just takes your money and gives you a cruddy device with no support they will just pass the puck and say contact the support to resolve your issues as a response to this. So depending on the response with the devs to this review will determine their mentality towards the users. I am very tech savvy and i know that this is the error on the company and NOT on the user. It would not display my balance correctly for BTC, so I was unable to send all of my btc. After messing around with both the iOS and android versions of the app, I finally took the seed phrase, loaded it into a hot wallet and got the remaining crypto out. Literally, nobody can spend my coin now if my phone were stolen because they would need my keystone to do so. Feels very safe. Total amount of asset is always shown at the top when going into individual wallets. This adds to confusion when you are wanting to split your asset between different wallets.
