When there are maintenance issues,  It would be nice to feel like a valued tenant instead of a burden. Very poor communication or simply just ignoring tenants.

Quick, easy, effective. We had an issue adding our card on the website where it would say it’s added but then it didn’t show up as a payment option. I switched to the app and it popped right up.
