I mean, we’re paying for app, tech and marketing when I just want good chicken, that’s why I support local business now. This meal and experience was my last. Also, our KFC doesn’t honour any deals or promotions even though a regular drive thru on in a city centre. Absolute joke - you pay for all this branding, marketing but you let idiots who are short sited choose what offers to allow. Just gave tele no to call. Lines closed. Chat bot just gave loads of leaflets to read.
