The KFC app in Nepal is extremely disappointing compared to how smoothly it functions in other countries. It feels like no effort has been made to ensure a proper user experience here. The UI/UX is poorly designed, and the app is full of bugs. Sometimes, we can’t even add items to the cart, the pickup or delivery option fails to switch, and the address form often doesn’t work at all. Even after filling in everything correctly, the order button remains unclickable, making the whole process frustrating. It’s shocking that a global brand like KFC would allow such a broken app to represent its service in Nepal. The app urgently needs a complete makeover, both in design and functionality, to meet even basic usability standards.

In todays day and age of AI, a high schooler  can develop a vetter functioning and interactive app than this. The amount of bugs and glitch this app has in obnoxious.

Tried this app multiple times, but has never worked for me. Can browse stuff. Can’t find my nearest kfc. Can’t order.

There’s no contact number to call, delivery takes too long, and I never even got a confirmation call. I have no idea if my order is even coming. Definitely not going to use this service again worst experience.
