It takes forever to load and you cannot choose payment options. I placed an order and was under the impression that it would arrive within 30 min. ONE HOUR LATER, staff from the local KFC calls me to say that the order has been cancelled due to rain. Okay, but why are you telling me this ONE HOUR LATER? The app shouldn’t even accept orders from the restaurant if the restaurant location isn’t accepting orders due to weather. VERY DISSATISFIED. DO BETTER. Please don't use your card info here. Next time i chose the option to bring the card machine, and when i punched in the card, there was no receipt, he asked me to punch again, my amount got deducted twice and the rider told me it will be refunded. Horrible Experience. NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Their customer support does not reply you, so they exactly know what they are doing.
