Then another error is when you're trying to place an order, IT WON'T GO THROUGH AS IT WILL REFLECT THAT YOU HAVE A PENDING ORDER THAT IS BEING PREPARED WHICH HAS BEEN DELIVERED ALREADY A FEW WEEKS AGO!!!! Disappointing. Even after basic troubleshooting and waiting for a week before installing the app again, the error is the same. ### 4/5 — Good app but kind of slow *2025-05-12, version 2.27.29* UI is clean but response of the app when clicking action button is kind of slow. Tracking the order was confusing unlike the other fast food delivery apps I’ve used. Needs improvement. ### 4/5 — Inaccurate GIS locator *2025-02-18, version 2.27.29* Food is always good, but I hope kfc can improve the accuracy of their app. It is frustrating to be placing a tag on a place and your app keeps suggesting the wrong address. After I correct the suggested address to the correct one, it reverts to the same suggested address in the final order form, thereby sending our order to the wrong address. Your GIS locator is off by 300meters and no one was picking up the phone when I tried calling the branch contact number given. ### 1/5 — Needs lot of improvement *2024-12-01, version 2.27.11* Be careful when placing an order using online payments method. Amount will be deducted then the app will get stuck on loading screen. When it times out, the order won't push through and the customer service can't assist you in getting the refund. You will have to email all transaction details and wait for 1 week to get your money back. ### 1/5 — Voided Order *2024-11-24, version 2.27.11* I ordered yesterday from this app and it turns out the branch was closed that day due to pest control. You should mark the branch unavailable if they are closed to avoid the hassle of cancellation and asking for refund. There should also be a feature on your app that updates your customers on their order and immediately refunds if it gets cancelled like any other food delivery app. It is such an inconvenience to be reaching out to your customer service, delivery support team, and the branch just to ask for refund which I still haven't received until now. Whether it's their classic Original Recipe or the spicier Hot & Crispy, every bite is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Their sides, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy, are the perfect complement to the meal. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the dining experience even better. Whether I'm dining in or ordering takeout, KFC consistently delivers great food and excellent service. I was able to place my order via this app and waited for a long time, but the delivery never came. So disappointing for I thought this app would be good and reliable. But it is not! I had removed this from my phone and I would never install this again! ### 1/5 — Order not pushing through *2024-06-19, version 1.0.17* I finished all the steps and once you click the last button which says “place order”, the app just freezes and blanks out with “tap to home” button. The order just doesn’t push through at all. The app is updated and my iphone 14 pro max’s software is also updated. It’s been like this for a month or so already. After going through all the hassle of picking my orders on the app, i will still resort to calling the hotline to order food all over again. What a hassle! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stupid App *2025-10-03, version 2.27.29* Don’t ever order from this app How is it possible in 2025 that your app cannot show whether an order is even on the way? To make things worse, if I pay online, there’s no option to get my money back when your service fails. That is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. This is not just an inconvenience — it’s a waste of my time and money. If you cannot deliver on time, at the very least customers should be able to track the delivery and get a refund when your system fails. ### 1/5 — Confirmed delivery but not received by store *2025-09-02, version 2.27.29* I ordered and got confirmation via app with COD payment but the store said they didnt receive my order. They had me order again after 1hr of waiting only to tell me to just cancel my order and use Grab instead. I waited almost 2hours for nothing. Useless app. They said the server is down but im receiving confirmation with the app and email that they received my order and I got an ETA too. ### 1/5 — Worst Food Ordering Experience Ever *2025-07-19, version 2.27.29* I just wanted to order FOOD, not get a headache. This app is a complete nightmare. 1. You can’t copy-paste your card number on iPhone. Seriously? It’s 2025. Every other app allows this. 2. You can’t copy the contact information either. Everything is manual, super inconvenient when you’re already frustrated. 3. The worst part: The app CHARGED my card, but DID NOT create an order. No confirmation, nothing. Now I have to chase down a refund AND reorder my food. This is unacceptable for a big brand like KFC. Instead of convenience, this app caused me stress and wasted my time. I had to email customer care, attach screenshots, and basically beg to get my money back and my food delivered. If you value your sanity, don’t use this app until they fix these issues. Absolutely disappointed. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-06-13, version 2.27.29* I’ve just downloaded this app to order dinner. Order added to cart, paid online using my debit card then after confirming that the payment I did not get any order confirmation, or that the order is in the kitchen whatsoever so I called them. Turns out, the order did not go through but the payment was already debited from my card. Customer care said they’ll process a refund but it’ll take up to 5 banking days. This is what I get for ordering from KFC through their app. I regretfully write this review for this horrible experience! ### 1/5 — App on the loop *2025-04-14, version 2.27.29* Worst delivery app out there. Happened twice now. Put in an order. Submitted the order. Stays in the “Hold on…” screen for more than 10 minutes. The worst. Held on for more than 30 minutes. Still on a loop. Closed and restarted the app, cart was empty. Omg. Do not download this app. I will give it a negative 100 stars. ### 1/5 — Paid Order Not Showing on App *2025-04-13, version 2.27.29* I placed and paid for an order using the KFC App, but it is not showing under my orders. I attempted to call your contact number, but it was unreachable. I also tried calling their call center, only to be told that it accepts calls only until 9 PM. This is very frustrating. It’s very hassle to try and get a refund. Don’t use this app! ### 1/5 — Available in Online and Chaos Machine but upon arrival on store no more stocks *2025-03-31, version 2.27.29* SM pala pala branch poor customer service. No notification that the order I’ve made is sold out but available online and chaos machine. Fall in line in store to pick up the order but upon arrival in counter there are no stocks available. Super poor customer service. Hope this will call out the attention of management ### 1/5 — Slow Delivery *2025-03-29, version 2.27.29* I’ve had a frustrating experience with the KFC Philippines App. The delivery service is slow, often taking much longer than expected. Additionally, the app automatically selects a store far from my location, even when there are closer branches available, leading to further delays. This needs improvement to ensure better convenience and faster service for customers. After payment, I was not redirected back to KFC application and so I am currently not able to track the progress of my order. I check my KFC app and it does not reflect my ongoing order. Unfortunately, this has been happening to other users too. DO NOT ORDER USING THE APP TO AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME. ### 1/5 — Apps Not Working Properly *2025-02-09, version 2.27.29* Since you switched to a new version apps it became useless. Can’t even placed an order always says delivery is not available. Sometimes it keeps loading even you already move to another steps. Payment mode is always enabled no option to click button even it was there it was greyed out. So how can we order? Improve your apps its been so long like this.
