I am a user of this app from very long time, since few days I was not using and today at dated 16-Jun-2026, when I tried to open it , the app was got crashed at login page. I updated to latest app version through store to ensure things should work fine, but no luck. I also checked for iOS version (mine is 16.7) as per Pre-requisite it should be above 16. Please have a look.

I keep giving the correct password, and then it asks me to validate using OTP sent on either email or phone. I give the OTP, but it keeps saying “Please check Internet connectivity”, even though I have a working WiFi and mobile data (how else will I post this review?)
Sometimes, the alert box has no message (null). Bad UI design. Please fix.

Please REMOVE the first screen after clicking the App as it shows the USER ID as well as the PASSWORD which can be visible to anybody without entering the PIN. Its totally CONFIDENTIAL and should not be seen by anybody other than the Registered User. In earlier version this glitch wasnt present, there was only Authentication page.
Thanks and I appreciate the team will resolve this matter ASAP.
