I updated to latest app version through store to ensure things should work fine, but no luck. I also checked for iOS version (mine is 16.7) as per Pre-requisite it should be above 16. Remove The First Screen URGENT!! *2025-07-24* Please REMOVE the first screen after clicking the App as it shows the USER ID as well as the PASSWORD which can be visible to anybody without entering the PIN. Its totally CONFIDENTIAL and should not be seen by anybody other than the Registered User. In earlier version this glitch wasnt present, there was only Authentication page. Thanks and I appreciate the team will resolve this matter ASAP. ### 2/5 — App crash after login *2025-07-13, version 2.0.121* Past couple of days app is getting crash immediately after login either login from biometric or with password. I have latest app. Few days back same version was working. Plz check such issues on priority. Do proper Dev testing before release ### 2/5 — Worst Font Sizes to view the portfolio information. *2025-03-09* The app has several good features and I can’t avoid using. But the downside that irritates me more is while looking at the fonts in important places. The numbers of interest to the investors to monitor their portfolios. In the portfolio section the font and sizes of fund information is not at all readable. I guess none of the people developed the app or concerned officials used the app to check their portfolio information in the app. Had thy used it once they would have noticed the problem. Even web site also we have the same problem but we can some how over come that by zooming the page in the browser. Unfortunately in the mobile and iPad app zoom facility is not available. Hope someone looks in to this. Surprisingly very often rather when ever I try to open the app request for an upgrade but I couldn’t find the improvement in this issue. ### 4/5 — Not able to generate otp via email or mobile number *2024-12-03* I am able to try to login with latest version of the yesterday I update the app after that I am not able to logged in app Could you please check you otp generation system is not working. It’s very slow and UX is very unfriendly. Since the last update, some changes have been made and I do not get the OTP neither via email nor via phone. The app is stuck and doesn’t move further. But the fund selection tab isn’t working. I have pressed drop down arrow and blank space to open the list of funds but it just doesn’t. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing. Please fix this ASAP. Using Iphone 15 Plus ### 1/5 — Pathetic app with bug *2024-08-29* The default pop -up is there from April 2024, very irritating!! System is fraudulent as UPI payment doesn’t reflect even in 24 hrs, I don’t know what they do with the money for that period.. Never use this platform, pay directly from the respective mutual fund site for new and additional purchase.. Extremely poor customer care and grievances, you ask any question they have same answer!!! Pathetic!! Use some payment gateways like razor pay or pay U , spend some money on improvements because your third class or bug intensive payment systems are flawed and useless!!! ### 1/5 — Every time need to enter OTP *2024-07-24, version 2.0.73* Common guys otp need to put in my own device. It can be good for the website for the security reasons. But not for the personal devices. Every time I open this app gets irritated. My all the friends are also frustrated with this new update. Sip was scheduled to debit on 5th every month. However you people hit sip on different or random day. I had enough balance in my account on sip day. Bt these people hit sip any random day when i have low balance in account and i have been charged for nach return. I have called customer care bt they said plz send a mail to us. I have sent mail from registered mail id bt instead of resolving my complaint, they replied plz send mail from registered mail id. There is pathetic services from kfinkart.
