## What is KFP Fitness?

Whether you’re looking for help with fat loss, transformations, strength training, muscle building or simply bettering your health and wellness, I will personally take you on this potentially life changing journey to achieving optimal health, results and maximising your potential. KFP Fitness operates personal training & coaching at a private studio located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, in addition also offering online coaching to those further away.

Catering to all ages and fitness levels, from your very beginner to advanced athletes. Rest assured knowing you’ll be working with an exercise professional with extensive knowledge and experience around fat loss, nutrition, health & wellness, strength & conditioning, muscle building and sports specific training. As a coach and exercise professional I’m always looking for new ways to educate myself to provide my clients with the best quality service
