اشكر تقنية المعلومات بالمستشفى لكن يفضل تغيير واجهة البرنامج حيث انها لا تتناسب مع عام 2026 اضافة الى اضافة مميزات جديدة وبقدر المستطاع حيث ان الموظف لا يستخدم الكمبيوتر ( على سبيل المثال ادخال الاجازة منذ سنه ولا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب )

I install the application but seems doesn’t work well, although I received the authentication code, but still the system doesn’t work.
before I installed it and it was workings very well then become hanging and not opening all the features or the contents of the application.
Application needs more maintenance and fix bugs to work well so we can get benefit of that. Hope will be fixed soon.

Im an employee at KFSH&RC-J but each time I log in it crashes and after trying several times, I enter my ID number and password, it freezes for few seconds and says “enter your verification number correctly” 

Nevertheless, I am totally sure that I entered my credentials correctly.  

Could someone help please?

This app always kicks me out and now in my notifications and many other employees notifications are receiving other employees leaves with some of their personal information. I have tried to have them fix it and was told not to worry  about it. I wonder if my information is on somebody else’s notifications.

I cant punch in and punch in and punch out. We get into trouble with our management. But it isnt our fault, it is this app that doesnt work
