Should be allowed to send messages to the coordinators. 2. The app doesn’t always send text confirmation when an appointment Is made. 3. Make things easier to find, example cardiology reports and endoscopy should be also in a box to click on the main just as radiology is, not a drop down click from a selection of others. Really difficult to navigate easily. 4. Why do you have a link to make appointments when a pop up says after trying to call a number because I can’t make an appointment??
