This makes kegel’s more fun then a chore. My device has broken down 2x. The K- goal customer service is amazing! I just e- mailed them telling them what my problem was. For the amount of money that I spent on the product I expected the app to at least work for more than 2 days in a row. Without me having to uninstall it and then download it again. The "trouble shooting" people take at least 24 hours to get back to you. At least for me that's how long they took. I wanted to use to app so I could track my progress and get feedback to make sure I was contracting the correct muscles. The app would never work for me for more than 2 days before crashing. I wish I could get my money back on this but it is what it is. I got fed up with the constant issues with the app and found another product that actually works wonderfully and helped me address my pelvic floor issues. ### 5/5 — Updated *2020-06-06, version 4.0.0* I like that the app has 3 games. It really helps keep me engaged so I get a full 15min workout in. I just bought a new iPhone XS seems to work fine. I like that it keeps track of my performance over time so I can measure progress. I like that I can send myself notifications/reminders to work out that are personalized/anonymous. I love the new update so that I can create my own routine. I tried everything-delete the app, restart the app, change my password, etc . The app won’t let me in.
