It has given me that goal to shoot for with a tangible number I can see. I believe it has helped me reduce my urinary incontinence to the odd drip from a more annoying not sure if I will squirt when getting in and out of a vehicle for example. But the downtraining is obviously an afterthought. No tracking, no monitoring, no goals, no games, just listening to dull repetitive generic relaxation instructions and watching a blue bar.
