20 alkalomból kb 2x indult el, abból mindkétszer hibára futott (egyszer a vége felé, egyszer az nfc olvasásnál). A többi alkalommal vagy lefagyott a kezdőképernyőn, vagy crashelt és kilépett.

Használhatatlan

Teljesen használhatatlan, ha el is indul az app akkor is vagy kilép vagy megszakad hibával a folyamat.
Javaslom az IT csapat lecserélését mert ha már ez sem tudjátok normálisan megcsinálni akkor pénzt hogy bíznék rátok…
Ui: úgy látom a többi vélemény alapján nem egyedi eset. Tessék elgondolkodni!

Teljesen használhatatlan.

Iphonerol orakig probalkozok szamlat nyitni de gyakorlatilag lehetetlen. Egyetlen forintot sem er a kifejlesztett applikacio. A mai fenysebesseggel fejlodo technikai vilagban, egy BANK keptelen egy hasznalhato alkalmazast kifejleszteni. Ha bele doglok is szamlat nyitok, lehuzlak titeket a penzzel majd azonnal megszuntetem. Ez az app mindent elmond rolatok.

Nem bízom egy olyan bankra a pénzemet ahol már a számlanyitás is fejfájást okoz.

Helyrajzi számmal való összeférhetetlenség

Szerettem volna felhasználni a diverzum kedvezményt, de az app nem ismeri fel a lakcím kártyán a helyrajzi számot. Megbolondul, és összevissza ugrálva hol az utcanevet, hol a házszámot kéri, mikor már elfogadta a helyrajzi számot.

What is this app for?

This application allows you to open a bank account online quickly and conveniently from anywhere. It streamlines the process of identity verification and contract signing, providing you with immediate access to your digital banking services.

What are the requirements to open an account?

You will need a valid ID (passport or personal ID card), a residence card (or proof of foreign address), a stable internet connection, a smartphone with a camera, and an email address. For a fully unrestricted account, an NFC-enabled phone and an NFC-capable ID are also required.

How does the identity verification work?

The app uses remote (indirect) customer identification without a video call. It involves taking photos of your documents and a selfie video to verify your identity and prevent misuse. The authenticity of your documents is checked using security features.

What happens after opening the account?

Upon successful account opening, your live bank account and digital bank card become immediately available. You can start making payments with Apple Pay instantly. Your physical bank card will be mailed to you, and its PIN code can be retrieved from the K&H mobile banking app.

Are there any limitations if NFC is not used?

Yes, if your documents cannot be read via NFC, your account will have certain limitations. These include restrictions on large transfers and cash withdrawals, inability to deposit cash, and only being able to initiate and receive domestic HUF transfers. These limitations can be lifted through video identification at a K&H branch or via the K&H TeleCenter.
