The app comes across as unreliable and poorly managed. On several occasions, transactions either failed or were delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and without clear answers. The biggest disappointment is the customer service. It is almost non-existent, with no real effort to resolve issues or even provide a basic level of communication. Initially, the app showed an error during the transaction. To be on the safe side, I checked my bank account, and there was no charge, so we assumed the booking hadn’t gone through. One of my friends then tried from his account, and his transaction was successful. However, about five minutes later, I received a bank notification showing that the amount had been deducted from my account for the same booking. When I checked the app, the ticket was indeed there. I immediately called customer service, but they refused to issue a refund, claiming it was my fault and that their terms and conditions don’t cover such situations. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ended up having to give up my ticket because we already had another set. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. The fact is there is only provision of 5000 per month to transit freely to link bank which is the worst thing .
