একদম ফালতু অ্যাপ বলতে গেলে চৌদনা মার্কা অ্যাপ ।
খাবার অর্ডার করার পর বাসায় আসতে আসতে খাবার ঠান্ডা হয়ে যায় আর সময় এর কোথা তো নাই বলি ।

Their system is so bad that they show that it’s going to take 30 minutes for the food to be prepared where when you call the delivery man after almost close to a hour you get to know he placed order now and the restaurant don’t talk order over calls. So unprofessional service. Ordered for the first time and uninstalled the app right away.

I suffered consistently for two times! Although the features are not so bad. But the management is very bad. The delivery men don’t respond to the messages of customers. Time schedule is worse. For last two times, I ordered, it is accepted. But after two hours when the restaurant is closing within a minute, they canceled! And for the last two hours I texted them several times, called them 3 times but no response! At the end I had to option instead of stay hungry! Never recommend this. Please don’t use it. They are extremely unprofessional!

I’m located in Bangladesh, and I assume that is one of, if not the sole target market based off the name of the app. However, it doesn’t allow me to input the country code of +880, neither does it allow for a user to register via other means such as a mail account or Facebook, for example. The interface is promising though.

The address cannot be customised and showing nothing. For that I cannot order. Though the interface is not that bad but need to be better in terms of flexibility.
