## What is Khark?

This is an app that helps citizen to improve their city by reporting civic issues that are within their municipality. Currently, issues such as pot holes, sewers, and electricity are included. We will be introducing more services in the near future. 
The project is a joint effort between Soran University and Erbil Governorate.
