Takes more hours to deliver even if the restaurant is 10 minutes away. Customer service sucks. Called them many times to cancel orders but they never do. They tell you it’s cancelled when in reality they don’t even tell the rider it’s cancelled. There’s confusion in every party. No action being taken by the representative and the drivers do not respond. Only 1 out of 10 order will be on time.
