## What is Khinkali Empire?

Khinkali Empire is a Georgian idle/tycoon game where you grow a single tiny dumpling shop into a delicious empire spanning the whole country.

Tap to earn, hire cooks, buy upgrades and unlock new regions — starting in Tbilisi and ending in Abkhazia.

9 Georgian regions, each with its own real dish:
- Tbilisi — city-style khinkali
- Kakheti — mtsvadi (grilled skewer)
- Imereti — pkhali assortment
- Samegrelo — elarji
- Adjara — Adjarian khachapuri
- Svaneti — kubdari
- Samtskhe-Javakheti — chechil cheese
- Racha — cured ham
