Web site requires to purchase tickets to KHM and scan them with app. App imports ticket but then requests scan again and again. Never was able to get guide recognize downloaded ticket. Do not waist your time

The app will not let me load my ticket because it has already been used. By me. Now. While I am visiting the museum. And would like to use the app as a guide. Ridiculous.

This is a great idea and there’s wonderful art work for children to explore.  Unfortunately though many of the audio links don’t work and sometimes you can’t access the scripts either.

Die Touren geben vielfältige Ansätze, sich Kunstwerken zu nähern und sich mit ihnen auseinanderzusetzen.
Auch sehr schön für Leute wie mich, die mit Kunst “an sich” oft nicht so viel anfangen können.

Downloaded this app prior to our family visit to the museum, the app is great (but couldn’t purchase the paid for tours which was a pity), and we studied the tours via the app before we went so my daughters were so excited during  the museum as they were looking out for the pictures and artefacts they had learnt about in the app. Very impressed

One of the greatest museum experiences I ever had. I've you are there get the app and use one of the free tours to get started. We did "Love kills" and it was extremely well curated. You are chased through the museum and look at details you otherwise would never have noticed. You also learn a lot about greek mythology. I was really surprised by the quality of the tour and hope they do more in the future. Highly recommended.

This app is fun and varied - it takes you around the museum and makes you discover the stories behind the art. We tried the tour about love (free) and had loads of fun. Bring your earphones, though!
