I purchased this second hand from an auction, the charger I mean, and when I tried to set it up, it says that it’s blocked because it’s paired to another person’s app but when I try to get support from the company, they have a disconnected phone number and their chat, but doesn’t even respond so basically I just got completely ripped off when I bought this charger and since there is zero app to support, there’s probably nothing that can be done
