### 1/5 — App not working at all

*2026-03-16*

I have been trying to use this app for the last 3 days and it is not working at all. The search page stays completely blank and I cannot book a ride or order anything. My internet and location are working perfectly, so the problem is clearly with the app. Many users seem to be facing the same issue. Please fix this problem urgently because people depend on this service in Ladakh. Right now the app is basically unusable.
