THE DAILY BRIEFING Once a day, Khotwa opens with a forecast: at this hour, on days like this, how often did you finish? Not "3,000 steps left" but whether you are going to make it, how many minutes of walking closes the gap at your own pace, and the hour you usually move anyway. THE KHOTWA SCORE One number out of 100, built from how your steps were spread across the day, how many were brisk, and how the day compares to your own baseline.
