## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 4/5 — Fun but got boring

*2024-12-28*

Simple and Fun idea but there’s not much to it. It was fun to climb the leaderboard and get close to the top spot.

### 4/5 — Pretty Fun

Sometimes the simple things are what get you. Khormax presents a fun semi-particle color match and drag gameplay. Neat. For next versions, I'd look for more level type progression and perhaps a multiplayer mode.

### 4/5 — A great iPhone Game

*2009-11-12*

Tailor made for the iPhone/Touch. Very addicting, easy to pick up for an impromptu game (but hard to put down). Very slick interplay. Nice job.

### 5/5 — Unbiased favoritism :-p

*2010-08-06*

Phenominal game! I very much appreciate my old buddy Falgrep's assistance in easeing my boredom. I'd pay at least a billion dollars for this app. But in all seriousness this game it awesome. Great job!

### 5/5 — Addictive and Awesome

*2010-08-02*

Simple and addictive. My only suggestions are:
- Differentiate the 2 shades of purple (or dark blue and purple) more. I keep dying from colliding these 2 because I can't see any color difference between them.
- Make the game get more difficult as you progress or had harder difficulties. After playing a handful of games, the first few thousand points are so easy they can be boring.

One of the best iPhone games I've played. Hope there's an iPad version in the works!

### 5/5 — Simple and addicting

*2009-11-12*

This game is great. It's easy to learn and great for killing five minutes waiting for the bus.

And it's addicting — I find myself tapping "Play Again" as soon as I lose without even thinking about it.

### 5/5 — An excellent addicting game

*2009-11-12*

The concept of the game is very simple, and it quickly becomes very addicting. The graphics are a little sparse, and could use a little more polish perhaps, but I love the exploding atoms when you bring two spheres together. All in all one of the best apps I've downloaded.

### 5/5 — Lots of fun, with nuances I still have to work out

*2009-11-11*

Khromax is lots of fun and definitely in the realm of games I’ll play on my iPod Touch until the battery warning comes up. I’m still trying to figure out how to get three dots to combine at once using two fingers, but whenever I try, I just end up obscuring the screen and losing. More for me to learn!

### 5/5 — Sucked me in immediately!

*2009-11-10*

It seemed so simple at first, but then the complexity quickly caught up with me! This game is a lot of fun and has the most calming sound effects I've ever seen in a game. I only wish there was an option to turn off the sounds for when I want to play and listen to music at the same time. It's still an awesome game, though, and if I can't turn off the sounds, I can at least be glad they aren't annoying. :)

### 5/5 — Awesome game!!

*2009-11-10*

Lots of fun... simple but addictive gameplay. Khromax seems REALLY easy at first, but the difficulty starts to ramp up quickly.

One really neat feature that I haven't seen another game accomplish: You can drag multiple orbs at once! Multitouch is very effectively used here.

Khromax is similar to DodgeDot, but much more fun, and without the annoyingly cluttered interface. (I really don't care for DodgeDot....)

Bonus (to me at least): Khromax is the only iPhone game (besides word games) that my wife likes, too!
