## What is Khurultai?

Khurultai is the iOS companion app for Nexus, a campaign management platform built for grassroots political organizing.

Designed for canvassers in the field, Khurultai gives volunteers and staff everything they need to walk a list, record voter contacts, and keep their team's data in sync — without paper sheets, lost clipboards, or fragile spreadsheets.

PAIR IN SECONDS
Pair your phone with your campaign's Nexus server by scanning the QR code on the walkers page, or by pasting a pairing URL or token. No accounts to create, no passwords to remember.

WALK YOUR LIST
  - See every walklist your campaign coordinators have assigned to you.
  - Tap a list to open the map. Addresses appear as pins, with a single tap revealing the address and voter name.
  - Pins turn green as you visit them, so you can see your progress at a glance.

KNOW WHERE YOU ARE
  - Real-time GPS centers the map on you and marks your current position.
  - Recenter on yourself anytime with the standard tracking button.

RECORD CONTACTS WITH A SCAN
  - Each voter has a QR contact code. Scan it from a printed walker manifest, doorhanger, or coordinator's tablet.
  - Khurultai automatically associates the scan with your current location and the nearest address on your list.
  - Confirmations come back in real time.

SWITCH CAMPAIGNS AND ACCOUNTS
- One device, multiple campaigns. Switch between any campaigns your account is invited to from Settings.
- Unpair cleanly whenever you hand the device off to another volunteer.

DESIGNED FOR CANVASSERS
- Big, one-handed buttons for use on the doorstep.

Khurultai pairs only with the Nexus server your campaign runs. You control your data — we never see it.
