I believe it’s not a proper app developed for customer service! 

Such a useless app, never responded to any of the query asked rather its trying to access contact, camera, microphone etc . Developer who developed this useless junk must also be a junk who would never get a job in a good IT company.

How can a company rollout this kind of App which is totally useless and not working most of the time? 
Pathetic decision for a financial company to go ahead with this app for consumer use.

I was trying to register my e-mail id . It happens to be a yahoo mail Id and the moment I enter it ; it display “please enter a valid id “ .

The chatbot works fine. There was a problem with website premium payment and I was able to pay it using chatbot
