But the worst I can give is one star. So that’s what it gets. The app is absolute garbage. And somehow, the customer service is even worse. Do not rely on this app to work at any point. Especially not if you want to lock and unlock your car. The Kia connect center is also terrible to deal with. If you bought a preowned vehicle, expected to take at least a week to get access. But that’s OK since the app doesn’t work anyway. Only thing it doesn’t have is a front parking assist and camera (but the rear camera is fine).
