Can’t even reset the password. Been the same since last 3 years. ### 2/5 — Map navigation update needed *2025-07-17* Kia should upgrade or change the navigation app , it is not accurate one and “ school ahead “ announcement are many times are wrongly repeated . ### 1/5 — Stopped working and customer care useless *2025-07-05* This app stopped working. I called customer care, they asked me to write email. Further in email they asked me to share error screenshots. Then asked me to do forgot password, uninstall and install again. Then they asked me to share the video of error by screen recording. After everything, the problem is still not solved. I’m giving them tips, told them to let me create a new account and register my vehicle again as when I try to register it with new account it says it’s already registered. Really frustrating experience after paying for subscription, unable to use this app. Worst people managing Kia Connect! ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-07-02* This app doesn’t allow to enter with the right credentials. All it says is that info is not available. No chance to connect to a customer care ### 1/5 — Not able to access owner account since a long time *2025-06-08* My wife is the owner of the vehicle, I am not able to login or forget password for her account. I added myself into the driver account. I am only able to login with my account where I cannot access the full features of the app. It’s weird that I can access her account via My Kia app and not this app. It displays the message “This information is not available” when I try to forget the password via any options. Due to this, I cannot add/remove here account and make her sign up again or try atleast something of that sort. Please rectify this. My subscription was for a year and now it asks me to renew subscription. My wife was able to use full features only for 1st 2-3 months only. For such a bad experience, why should I renew the subscription. They use Vodafone network which is bad in all the areas. The maps are not that great. No major upgrades so far. ### 1/5 — Still in 2000 - worst UI *2026-08-04* App Store Review (2★) The driving history is completely inaccurate. Instead of showing the actual route, GPS coordinates, and locations visited, the app displays the same default map and default location names for every trip. This makes the driving history unreliable and almost useless. The UI also feels outdated and needs a major refresh. A tracking app should accurately display the real start and end locations, route, and coordinates, but this app fails at the most basic functionality. Please fix the map data and modernize the overall experience. ### 1/5 — Worst Navigation System *2026-01-12* I had a very bad experience with Kia connect. They claim to provide excellent services which is a big LIE. The navigation system is worst of all I have ever seen, do not follow Kia connect’s map, google maps are better. The voice calling system also doesn’t work properly. When opening the app, it keeps displaying “trying to connect to server” with a blank white screen. Can't even access the login screen. Feels like the Kia India IT team is the weakest link in the chain. In any other app after entering your email id and another form of verification you can reset. But this one doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Don’t subscribe waste of money and time *2025-07-16* Passed 20 days couldn’t activate service, now asking 14k for modem replacement and not still refunding . wouldn’t recommend Kia if you value time . Don’t subscribe as service is very poor . ### 1/5 — User profile settings not working *2025-07-10* Earlier we could control profile settings like “guide me home light”, etc through user profile settings. But now I’m unable to see any of those settings in user profile settings. Please bring it back. ### 1/5 — AC not turning on by default *2025-07-08* Before turning off the engine after reaching the desired location, I would always first turn off AC manually by pressing the button below infotainment system and then i would stop the car totally. Then before driving next time, I would simply use Kia connect app, to start the engine for 10 minutes, with AC turned on in the option and everything would work just fine. This was until 6-7 months ago, when I started encountering issues with the app. Everything remaining the same - now when I start my car with the app - 1. It would start but - without turning AC on. This is such a bothersome as I would always start my car with AC on option as Delhi is hot and humid. Been doing that since 4.5 years. Now, the dealer/service provider state that the car has always been starting with AC only when AC was turned ON while turning the engine off. Which is ridiculous. After every turn, they loose connection, and announce”Take right and then take left”. Annoying! Maps are not so dynamic and new as Google maps is! 2) Contact or provide feedback on a specific feature on Kia Connect app and Kia Car infotainment is not available. 3) Apple AirPlay/Google CarPlay for Phone projection feature is not available from Kia Connect app. 4) Infotainment system on Kia Caren’s does not update, a strange bug “Check storage, please try again” 5) The UI experience is confusing. Recommendations: Replace MapmyIndia with Google Maps.
