Whilst now able to gain access to and see tickets in wallet not able to print. They are obviously in the wallet. When attempting to print in the normal way, it only comes up with the option to share. It’s overly complicated, changes each year, and yet it remains mandatory for accessing any tickets purchased. Why do I have to tell you the name and address of anyone for whom I am buying a ticket? Why do I have to scroll all the way through a list of countries to do this ( “UK” could be at the top of the list). Why can’t the App take card details from my phone, as many other payment systems do? Why don’t you accept PayPal, ApplePay etc? Now I find that although I’ve paid for 3 tickets, only 2 have appeared in my wallet. Perhaps the 3rd ticket will pop up in a minute. Perhaps it won’t and I’ll need to phone someone about it.
