It also glitched and charged me but didn’t allow me to see the outfits. ### 2/5 — Issue uploading pictures *2025-12-26* I will put the pictures on the app but receive a error message saying “pictures failed to upload “ **Developer response:** Hi! I believe this bug was fixed a little while ago, sorry about that! 💕 ### 1/5 — Need a refund *2025-06-28* Spent $6.99 to be able to use the app and then never got to use it. It kept giving me an error when I would try to take the test and would freeze when I would try to submit images. **Developer response:** Just to clarify, payment isn’t requested until after quiz completion or photo upload completes. I'm sorry you had this experience, I've completely rebuilt the app from the ground up to get rid of all bugs. 💕 ### 1/5 — Unhappy *2025-06-15, version 2.31* The interface is poor and not user friendly. Many answers on the quiz cut off and couldn’t be expanded. Hard to properly judge answers when you can’t read the full description. Example photos were poor, often didn’t properly correspond to the descriptions or were wildly unhelpful. The photos for the shape/feel of the cheeks showed some fully smiling and some straight faced. Obviously cheeks have more shape when smiling so it doesn’t really show the difference between the types. So once you struggle through the quiz, you find out at the end that the whole service is paid. The app has no free functions. Usually free apps with in app purchases will have some free functions and some paid functions. Very annoying to get all the way through a quiz only to find out that you can’t get any results or do anything on the app without paying. Would have been much better if they charged up front for the app and then actually made a good and user friendly service. ### 1/5 — Misleading and buggy *2025-05-25* Misleading and buggy **Developer response:** Sorry you felt that way! Earlier versions did have bugs especially for small screens. I’ve since fully rebuilt the app, fixed the issues, and removed the hard paywall so you can explore for free. Didn’t see ahead of time but saw hidden tip on lightbulb icon saying photo background should be plain so retook pics to analyze again and it came up with error ( no result) then tried again and just froze. Deleted app and reinstalled app a few times and it was stuck again not even getting “ no result” error -just froze. Did nothing. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for the detailed feedback—it’s really helpful. Early versions had issues with photo analysis and error handling, especially when backgrounds weren’t plain or devices weren’t fully compatible. We’ve since rolled out a major update that improves image processing, adds clearer tips upfront, and fixes the freezing and result errors. Once you get your kibbe type it remembers that and any assets. Right now it is only available in English but I am working through more languages. I responded to the quiz but did not have time to sign up. Went back in this morning to complete everything and the app keeps saying something about failure to authenticate when I try to enter my weight. Reinstalled the app and restarted the phone. I don’t have time to mess with this- glad I hadn’t paid the $ yet! **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know 💕 that authentication issue was a real bug in the earlier version. We’ve fixed it and rebuilt the app for better stability. You can now explore, learn, and compare types without paying. If you try the updated version, it should work smoothly. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-09-08* need a refund but no possible way to get one. Didnt even get to use the app. **Developer response:** Sorry about this! An earlier bug blocked some users, but we’ve completely rebuilt the app since then. For refunds, Apple can process it. If you email us at hello@kibbebody, we’d be happy to give you a free typing on the new system, including a 3D body map. 💕 ### 1/5 — intends to waste your time if you don’t want to pay *2025-09-04* The app gives you two options to discover your potential kibbe type; by uploading a series of images or by taking the quiz (the exact word for word kibbe quiz that is found in david’s book and all over the internet). Once you complete either option, the quiz or the pics, you’re prompted to pay $6.99 to see your results. Period. There’s no way around it, no ad to watch, no free trial, just a big ol waste of time. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! The older version did require payment after the quiz/photo steps, and many users felt the same. I’ve removed the hard paywall so you can explore the app for free first. Also our quiz isn’t the book tally, it uses a weighted analysis for more accurate results, and the new app update includes a 3D Body View and Sketch to help add value for users. 💕 ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-09-03* I never review things, but this is a complete scam. It does not accept photos and even the regular quiz doesn’t work. How hard is it to make a basic quiz? It is also not free. The update should be live in a week or so. Thank you for your kindness 💕 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work. Don’t pay! *2025-07-25* Don’t dare enter your height or weight wrong, because you can never change it. You also can’t scale your photos properly because the app is built poorly. I know my Kibbe type well and it gave me the wrong results. So it’s not worth it on many levels. Emailed the app creator and she just gets defensive and rude when you tell her it doesn’t work properly. **Developer response:** Hi, as we discussed in email it gave you the wrong type because you entered your information the app incorrectly. I also pointed out how you can in fact update your profile. I was very kind in email trying to show you that everything you were asking for is in app but you were not interested in understanding. I love the clothing checker so I can make sure I am buying things that end up being flattering and it gives me confidence to where things that I feel right in. I also was able to retrieve my Site Results through it in my phone.
