## What is Kibu?

Kibu is a warm, non-judgmental daily tracking companion for people aged 16 and
over who live with Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or gestational
diabetes. It helps you keep glucose readings, meals, water, medications,
activities, and appointments together in one place.

MEALS AND READINGS

• Log meals by typing for free
• Use Kibu+ photo analysis to see estimated carbohydrate and calorie ranges
• Review before- and after-meal readings alongside meals in one timeline
• Organize breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack records

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Log glucose readings in mg/dL or mmol/L
• Review your target-range percentage and tracking consistency
• Keep track of water, medications, and activities
• Create editable reminders around your own routine
• Review your history with a calendar, weekly summaries, and shareable PDF reports

A JUDGMENT-FREE APPROACH

Kibu values the effort of tracking, not the result. An out-of-range reading does
not break your streak. Clear language, a calm design, and the friendly Kibu
character help the app stay supportive even on difficult days.

Kibu is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend
medication doses. Meal-photo results are estimates and must not be used for
medical decisions. Always make health decisions with a qualified healthcare
professional. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
