This is the right app for you, whether you are a professional fighter, amateur athlete or starter that just needs a good cardio workout. It offers instructions, examples and tips to learn both the basics and special techniques of kickboxing. The app is free to use for a period of two months. Do you like it? All instruction videos are organized in categories that give you the right overview of this exciting sport. They will challenge you and provide a good workout. Andy Souwer is a Dutch kickboxing legend from Den Bosch, The Netherlands. He started kickboxing when he was 7 years old and turned pro as a 16-year-old teenager. At the age of eighteen, he already owned three World titles in three different associations.

He had a successful career as a shoot boxing star before he made his debut in the K-1 World Max in 2003. Andy won world titles in the K-1 World Max in 2005 and 2007. With his dynamic Dutch fighting style and classic long fighting pants he was one of the true icons in the glory days of kickboxing. 

As a coach Andy teaches you the complete arsenal of kickboxing techniques you will ever need as a professional or amateur athlete. Regular practice, repetition and ‘automation’ of your kickboxing moves is an important part of his coaching framework.
